If you can’t generate revenue, focus on these things:
1.Brand – If performance is off the table, work on your brand. Branding is a long-term strategy requiring investment not necessarily correlated with (short-term) revenue.
2.Audience Engagement – Your audience is struggling. Engage with them and help in any way you can. Try virtual events, one-on-one chats, etc.
3.Long-Term Channels – Invest in channels that will contribute to your goals and KPIs but take longer to develop. SEO is a prime example of this!
4.Content – The content you create should touch on your audience’s pains and interests, not your own. Aim to provide help and guidance in your content. 5. Experience – Reflect on and change the experience you provide your audience. Do that redesign, make those improvements to your sign up flow.
